Construction Idioms

Construction Idiom "an expression peculiar to itself. This collection will be using many phrases found in the "Gopher Foreman" collection, but without the gopher. More colorful than mere words, but less zing without the gopher. I'm going for a great cross-section applicable to many fields of man's manual endeavor, appreciated by builders, carpenters, construction, electricians, plumbers, laborers, mechanics, etc., unique to your industries, perhaps understood by few (idioms).
