Feb. 29 - Leap Year
Every four years, the current Gregorian calendar adds a day to the end of February, creating a "leap day" and a "leap year". What are the criteria for a Leap Year?
The year is evenly divisible by 4; however, if the year can be evenly divided by 100, it is NOT a leap year, unless it is also evenly divisible by 400. Then it is a leap year.
Those people who happen to be born on that day age differently than the rest of us.
