I AM NOT A DEI HIRE

To say that anyone of color or female or gender neutral is a DEI hire is an insult to the Nation and what we stand for. To say that DEI is bad is a dog whistle that says if you are not a white male, you do not legitimately belong in positions of employment or power. People of color and females have always had to be 14 times better, just to be considered adequate. And so when we get to where we’re going, you can bet we’ve worked our butts off to get there and are more than qualified.
