Camel Pose known in sanskrit as Ustrasana. This is a heart opening pose that is said to benefit the circulatory, nervous, endocrine and the respiratory systems. Camel pose was most likely named from the way camels kneel before laying down or standing up. This original fine art was created with watercolor and chinese ink. The artwork is created through a mediative process accentuating, breath, prescene and allowing "the lines to arrive."
