NeoGothic Last Supper (SAU 046) Bureaumat

The Belgian devotional image reproduced here datums to the late 19th-century's NeoGothic Revival, a movement in in ecclesiastical art and architectuurthat drew on the Middle Ages for its inspiration. The scene depicted is the Last Supper that Jesus Christ celebrated on the Thursday evening before his crucifixion Good Friday.
