When we couldn’t afford designer brands, she created one. That creativity stayed with me. At just 11 years old, I started my first business selling custom phone cases—back when they were just becoming popular. I saved up enough to buy a small wholesale box of blank cases and used my mom’s hot glue gun to hand-design each one. I walked into school with $5 and left with $300. That moment changed everything. It wasn’t just about money—it was about helping my mother, putting food on the table, and even helping friends who didn’t always have the chance to eat. I knew what that felt like, and I never forgot it. Today, Kustom Kennedy is an elevated evolution of that same passion. I now create digital designs that transform everyday items into art—scaling my creativity beyond phone cases into a full collection of pieces that carry culture, story, and purpose.
