I have flexibility and back and neck injuries and gentle yoga has helped me to regain some flexibility but even more important, it has helped my mental health tremendously. I am also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner and working on my Master level. Interested in Chakra healing, karma and both physical and spiritual healing Namaste!
