Begin Again Gently was born out of a quiet season of rebuilding. After years of life shared with a partner, I found myself learning how to live alone for the first time—navigating grief, change, and the many small moments that suddenly felt unfamiliar. In that season, I discovered that healing rarely happens in big dramatic leaps. More often, it happens in quiet, ordinary steps taken with patience and kindness toward ourselves.
