Welcome! I’m Chen and I am a professional surface design artist. Simply put, my goal as a creator, and as a human, is to help others feel creative, connected, and inspired. I first began my formal artistic journey when I studied and worked as a fashion designer in Los Angeles. After I graduated from LATTC, I worked for five years as a CAD artist, with companies including xoxo, Visionary Brands by Judy Swartz, Victoria's Secret, Johnny Was, and Love Stitch. I now run my own business, CDesign by Chen, so that I can pour myself into my greatest passion, being a mother, and still fulfill my dream of creating every single day. You’ll find that much of my work plays with the themes of the natural world and the simple beauty of God’s creations, as well as femininity, strength, mindfulness, and the unique spirit within us all.
