Bees Knees Photography

I started photography as a teenager in multiple foster homes with my first phone. Along with many other creative endeavors. In my constant environment I was lonely and felt the crushing weight of loss, rejection and chaos. What I found to cope with such pain... I diligently found beauty around me. Creating was my greatest tool in finding the joy and strength within myself and others as well. Candid moments are especially my favorite! no instructing of poses, very little photo manipulation, I enjoy taking photos of the very moment a person, place or thing is just wonderfully them (Not that instructing poses or hours of editing is not an art, it just isn't what my heart is drawn to).
