We are specialist mental health and well-being training professionals. Founded in 2018, PMAC was started to fill a gap of much-needed, professional workplace mental health support. We noticed a vital gap in the market for cards relating to mental health and well-being, and wanted to produce designs that help people to feel understood. Our cards are designed to be inspiring, and sent straight from the heart.
