For those new to my Art page... here's a bit of who I am... I am an artist and children's book illustrator and my illustrations have been recognized and nominated for best illustrations by the Dog Writer's Association of America! Behind My Brush After attending school at the Beaux Arts de Cannes, France, I decided to follow my American dream, doing something I love, and working with my favorite subejcts: Poodles & France. Married to a French, we are raising two boys in a bi-lingual, bi-cultural world. We have lived in 3 countries, and Benji was able to travel and live with us in France. Benji, is my 75-lb standard poodle behind all my inspiration! Normally it's the dog that is kenneled when humans go on vacation, but through my art, this changes! With a flick of my paint brush, I send your dog, cat or even a chicken or two on a vacation of a lifetime, in a world of all things French. When you painting comes back, you dog will be featured somewhere cool in France, perhaps it's just a a quaint vineyard or cafe! I use bright colors and have a whimsical Signature style.
