Spork Werkouts is a fitness motivational group, built around getting people excited for fitness. Sporks look silly. Sporks look stupid. But sporks work 100% better than a fork and knife when you really need to get down and dirty. That's why we choose the spork as our namesake - it doesn't matter what you look like... just get it done. There's a silly side of working out, free from toxic gym mentalities. There's an effective side of training, built around better habits for exercise. We get it... going to the gym sucks. You have to work. You have other commitments that demand your time,. More time in the gym sounds great in theory, but often fails in execution. Spork is here for you; to prove that you don't have to sacrifice health as a life priority.
