For countless years I have been captivated by the commonest walls in society covered by the expressions of so many anonymous voices. Usually we condemn such wall pollution but after photographing countless walls covered with these dancing colorful layers of tags, graffiti, decals, stenciled art and the likes in Paris, France, studying them on my return home, I discovered some very powerful images. This is what I call 'collective graffiti', the voices of many coming together to create this one singular voice. This 'discovery' excited many of my peers and eventually became an I-book titled 'Love on the Beat: A Photographic Journey into Collective Graffiti." The photographs you find in my store are original photographs and copyright protected. I hope you find this journey into 'collective graffiti' as fascinating as I have. No doubt that graffiti covered wall around the corner from you includes such powerful images. At the very least, it offers us viewers the opportunity to re-look at how we see these polluted walls and see the beauty in even the most offensive of voices. After all, isn't that what truly is art?
