theFREEproject

The FREE Project is a growing network of college students fighting to bring an end to slavery for the first time in human history. TFP chapters share a common name, charter and resources. Chapter leaders at each campus self-determine the projects they want to undertake and the anti-slavery organizations they want to support (local, national and international). The "FREE" in TFP stands for Freedom, Restoration, Emancipation and Empowerment. These are the steps that are necessary to not only rescue, but to successfully heal, restore and integrate former slaves back into their homes, families and society. Liberation takes place in a moment, but it won't succeed without the rest. What remains to be done is a path and a process. TFP works to support each step of the way.
